Ingredients: -### Tacos #### Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) - 1 packet taco seasoning - 8 taco shells - 1 cup shredded lettuce - 1 cup diced tomatoes - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) - 1/2 cup salsa - Optional: sour cream, jalapeños, avocado #### Instructions: 1. Cook Meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. 2. Season: Stir in taco seasoning and follow package instructions, usually adding water and simmering for a few minutes. 3. Prepare Toppings: While meat is cooking, chop lettuce, tomatoes, and any other desired toppings. 4. Assemble Tacos: Place a spoonful of the seasoned meat in each taco shell. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa. 5. Serve: Add optional toppings as desired. Enjoy! Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 2. Cook Meat: Add sliced chicken or beef and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). 3. Add Veggies: Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender. 4. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until warm. 5. Assemble: Serve meat and veggie mixture in tortillas, adding desired toppings. 6. Enjoy!
