Ever since the Carnival patch landed, Grow a Garden's economy has felt like it's running on cheat codes, and a lot of that comes down to Elephants. If you're trying to keep up, you'll probably end up looking for ways to buy grow a garden boost or at least copy the same progress curve. The key is the Jumbo Blessing: it snaps a pet's age back to 1 and adds a small chunk of base weight, which sounds minor until you realise you can time it and stack it for huge skips.
The part most people mess up is the rhythm. You don't just toss an Elephant in and hope. You line up two Elephants so their ability pops together, then you slide your target pet in right before the countdown hits zero. When it works, it feels silly. An old, dusty age-50 target suddenly gets yanked back to age 1 twice, and you're already pushing toward that 60kg+ "Nightmare" range without waiting through the normal growth slog. It's not elegant. It's more like juggling knives. But once you get the timing, you'll wonder why you ever played it straight.
If you're not sitting on a mountain of tokens, you can still set up something decent. A cheap starter I've seen work is three Ferrets plus two Peacocks. The Ferrets are there to keep levels ticking up, and the Peacocks help keep things refreshing so your Elephant isn't sitting around doing nothing. Don't expect miracles. It's slow, like a couple of kilos overnight on a good run, but it's a real path forward and it doesn't require you to win every trade negotiation like it's a hostage situation. If you're completely skint, Wendigo hatch farming is a reasonable filler since the XP scales with hunger and they'll hold the line until you upgrade.
Once you've got some funds, the play changes. This is where the Dilophosaurus swarm setup starts looking ridiculous, especially if you're stacking Rainbow Dilos with a Reaper. The XP spikes are the whole point. You're trying to crank your Elephants up to higher levels so their cooldown drops into the "always online" zone, and that's when the factory really starts printing. If you've got a Carnival Elephant, its passive that re-triggers abilities can make the loop feel unfair, in the best way. You'll see your target jump weight brackets way faster than it has any right to, and your token flow starts matching the hype.
The ugly bit is the RNG. Waiting on tiny hatch rates gets old fast, and not everyone wants to babysit eggs for days just to build the same core team. Some players trade their way out of it, others just pick up ready-to-run pets and currencies through marketplaces; if you go that route, a site like u4gm is often mentioned because it's focused on game items and quick delivery, which is basically what you want when the meta's moving and nerfs can land anytime.
