## Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)
- Olive oil (for frying)
#### Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Bread the Chicken: Dredge each breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Assemble: Place fried chicken in a baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Serve: Garnish with fresh basil if desired and enjoy!
