Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add Tomatoes: Stir in canned diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Combine: Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
5. Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy your meal!
