Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
### Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Stir well.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth.
4. Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring continuously.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Remove from heat and let cool. Use it immediately or store in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
