In another bowl, mix together the diced green pepper, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and spices. Pour the tomato mixture into the onion mixture and stir until well combined. 4. Add the ground lamb and mushrooms and stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. 5. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the Moussaka mixture and spread it out evenly in the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. 6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes

-1 can of Greek or Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped
