Beef pot pie

Ingredients: -1 pound ground beef
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 carrot, peeled and chopped
-1 celery stalk, chopped
-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup milk
-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery stalk, flour and milk. Mix well until well blended. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mixture and cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tenderized. 4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. 5. Pour mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. 6. Bake for 30 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
