Return Policy

Lane Boots provides customers with an easy return policy that allows them up to 35 days to return any unsuitable boots for a refund or exchange. The return must be made sure that they are safely packaged so they can be delivered back the way they came to Lane Boots; an efficient courier service can save time and money by providing a means of shipping their returns.

To initiate the process of a return or exchange you must log into your account and click on the item you want to exchange or return. You will then be directed to print the return label.
