Totenreich can get stale fast once you know the usual rhythm, which is why the Agarthan Device is such a nice shake-up. It changes the enemy type every round instead of just making the mode miserable, so your run feels fresh without turning into a punishment. If you're already the sort of player who likes to experiment, or even browses things like CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies buy to mix up the experience, this relic fits that same vibe. Better yet, you don't have to crawl all the way to Round 60 for it. In Cursed Mode Tier 2, you can start working toward it from Round 15, and that alone makes it worth the effort.
The early step is basically a scavenger hunt, but not a bad one. You need three objects in total: Mr. Peeks, a Soldier Helmet, and a Walkie-Talkie. Start with the first two by heading into Tyr's Head and using the exit tubes. This part is pure luck, no way around it. One destination drops you into a Liberty Falls hotel room, and that's where Mr. Peeks is hiding under the bed. Another room has dead Requiem soldiers inside, and the helmet sits in a box on the lower shelf near the Point Turret. Since you only get two teleport chances each round, it may take a little while. Don't overthink it. Just keep cycling and checking each room properly.
The Walkie-Talkie takes more work, and honestly, this is where most players slow down. You'll need an ARC-XD to blast open the vent in the Core Foundry warehouse, which gives access to the Group 935 Genetic Lab near Fishery Island. Inside, there's a weird little puzzle with numbered jars and preserved heads. Look for the radiation-marked numbers, convert them into letters, then match those letters to the correct heads. Once you've got the right set, use them to craft the Necrospike. That tool lets you open a locked cell, and the Walkie-Talkie is sitting under a bench inside. It sounds messy on paper, but once you've seen the room once, it clicks pretty quickly.
Before the real challenge begins, somebody on the team has to be playing as Richtofen. You'll also want Melee Macchiato ready to go. Head to the Core Foundry, find the barrel near the Mystery Box, and punch it to get Richtofen's medal. From there, follow the side easter egg path until you reach Von List. Place Mr. Peeks on the throne and the Dry Dock trial opens up. The catch is simple but brutal the first time you see it: zombies only take damage indoors. A lot of people waste time fighting outside and wonder why nothing drops. Don't be that player. Move inside early and set up before the waves get ugly.
If you want the cleanest setup, go in with a Tier 4 Jotunn Star and Toxic Growth. The second floor of the Lighthouse is the safest spot because it turns the whole fight into a tight funnel. You slow the crowd with Toxic Growth, hold the stairs, and start swinging. It's especially useful on Waves 3 and 6 when the HVTs show up and things get messy in a hurry. The Agarthan Device is worth all of this because it changes the pace of Totenreich without ruining what makes the map fun. As a professional platform for game currency and item support, RSVSR is a convenient choice for players who want a smoother grind, and you can check rsvsr Bot Lobby BO7 if you're looking to make your next run a bit easier.
