Ingredients: -1 lobster
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 a lemon, juiced
-1/4 cup white wine
-1 tablespoon butter
Directions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Remove the claws and tail of the lobster and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray and place it in the oven.
Once hot, add the lobster meat to the bowl and coat evenly with the spices. Place the lobster meat on top of the pan and lemon juice.
Broil for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring the white wine to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until melted. Serve lobster with melted butter on top.
Lobster broil is a popular dish that combines lobster with either a grill or oven. The lobster is cooked slowly over high heat, and the results are tender, juicy, and delicious. Lobster broil can be served either fresh off the grill or baked in the oven.
I have always been fascinated by lobster, so when I was asked to do a cooking demo at a local food trade show, I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to try my hand at broiling my first lobster. The demonstration went well and I was even able to convince a few of my friends to try out my new technique. Needless to say, they all enjoyed the seafood dish immensely!
