Points for Completed Orders

In addition to daily check-in rewards, we award points for every eligible order placed on POECURRENCY based on the subtotal amount.

Points Reward Rate: $1 spent = 1 point

Rounding Rule: Order amounts with decimals are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, an order totaling $41.56 will earn 42 points.

Please note that points are only awarded for orders with a subtotal of $5 or more. This means that if you place multiple small orders under $5, your point balance will remain zero; it is better to combine them into a single order to maximize your points.

Points earned through orders are automatically credited to your account balance only after the order status is updated to "Completed."

POECURRENCY offers a special welcome benefit for all newly registered users: earn 10 times the points on your first order. For instance, if your first order totals $5, you will receive 50 points.

Similarly, this first-order benefit requires a subtotal of more than $5. If your first purchase is under $5, you will not earn any points, and you will lose your first-order privilege. Therefore, it is advisable to gather more items and place a larger order to maximize the value of this 10x points reward.

Please note that to prevent abuse and system exploitation, the 10x first-order points are not credited immediately at checkout. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours of successful order delivery, following verification that there are no refund requests or fraud flags.

Point Value, Validity, and Expiration Rules

100 Points = $1

The primary use of POECURRENCY points is to offset a portion of the cash cost during checkout, thereby reducing the total amount payable. Every 100 points can offset $1 USD; in other words, 1 point is equivalent to $0.01 USD.

However, the points themselves hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Additionally, points earned cannot be transferred between different accounts.

90-Day Rolling Validity

Please note that points do not increase in value the longer they are held, as they are not valid indefinitely. They have a validity period of 90 days, calculated on a rolling basis starting from the day they are credited to your account.

For example, points credited on Day 1 will expire on Day 91. The specific timing for rolling expiration depends on the time zone of the server where your account is registered.

Point Deduction + Discount Codes or Cash Coupons: Not Supported

Points cannot be combined or stacked with discount codes or cash coupons within the same order. At checkout, you must choose between using a coupon and using points for the deduction.

Order Exceptions, Refunds, and Point Calculations

Abnormal Orders

Points will not be issued or credited for exceptional or incomplete orders, nor will points consumed by such orders be refunded. This applies to, but is not limited to:

Platform-Fault Exception

The $5 minimum is a separate eligibility requirement for earning points. Orders with a subtotal below $5 do not generate any points, but they still count as the account's first order and therefore do not make a subsequent order eligible for the 10× New Customer Points promotion.

A: No. To ensure account security and maintain fairness across the platform, VIP status and points are tied exclusively to the account on which they were earned.

A: Your original $41.56 order earns 42 points. Following the partial refund of $16.22, the system will deduct 16 points, calculated by rounding the refund amount to the nearest whole point. Therefore, the points earned from this order will be: 42 − 16 = 26 points.

In addition, the points redeemed for the order will be partially restored based on the following calculation:

Points Redeemed × (Refund Amount / Original Purchase Amount)

In this case, 137 points will be restored.

Therefore, your final point balance will be: 137 + 26 = 163 points
